Running 'Eight Bit Avatar' opens a new window with a basic starting avatar on the left and a column of buttons on the right. You can click the buttons to customize the avatar by changing the its features. You can press 'Close' any time you wish, but if you make an avatar you really like click the 'Save' button first.
