I made a mandala from a single image, starting with a mirror image, then a reflection of the new image. Then I made rotations of 45, 90 and 135 degrees. After that I blended the 2 square layers, blended the 2 diamond layers, blended the 2 results, turned up the saturation, contrast and brightness, and made a circular frame to finish it off.
