Visualization of the progress of an epidemic without interruption policies

My planned project is an effort on visualization of the progress of an epidemic and interference policies‘ effects, and this submitted one is the first milestone of the two. This project tries to consider more key traits of infection whose parameters can be modified according to different features of diseases, including: asymptomatic cases, normal symptomatic cases, serious cases, dead cases, relapse cases, rates of infection and conversion between these types of cases, recovery/curing rates, distance of infection, virus load(exposure), population density, and population moving modes etc. The reason to enclose these elements more than usual into the model is to check what might happen when various policies/conventions are adopted: wearing masks, social distance, higher level of hospitalization, lockdowns and quarantines etc., which is the second milestone to be done further.
