Stanford University Code in Place 2020_CT Scan Filter Final Project

I have created an image filter for a CT Scan to enhance the healthier areas of lung tissue which are least affected by the coronavirus-infected and damaged tissue. This filter can be applied to images in order to increase the contrast and make reading images more efficient.
