My final project was inspired by my significant other. She runs a boutique on Facebook and depending on the milestones she will do a prize giveaway. Ultimately, she was looking for a way to import a list of names and pick a random winner and then have it automatically post to Facebook. She also wanted to know how many names and which names were in the giveaway. I decided to keep things simple and expand on one of the class examples by taking the names that were manually entered, counting the number of names, creating a list of names and then taking a background image and overlaying text in the center of the image showing who the winner is....it works!!
