Hi there! My final project is a bio-/geneediting tool that can help students design DNA or plan CRISPR/Cas9 experiments. It also focuses on improving the selection process for targeting sequences / gene knockouts and has a function that assesses and re-ranks possible guide-RNAs and enzymes based on in-vivo application (a current example - covid-19 and the ACE2 receptors associated with it's pathogenesis).
