CS106A Final Project Submission - English Premier League 2019/2020 Table Prediction

As a big fan of football (soccer), I wanted to write a programme that could include this somehow. So using a dataset of the current 2019/2020 Premier League Season found online of the games up until the season was suspended, I have written a programme that allows the user to see and make different predictions for the outcome of the season. NOTE: my project uses some "starter code" found online with the dataset to help set up the initial structure of the programme, but I have written my own code from this point on to make the predictions/outcomes.
