the purpose of my programs is to quantitatively measure the amount of tissue in an image that is colonized by lung metastases (black nodules). This program takes in an image and marks sufficiently black pixels (lung metastases) as blue, and sufficiently red pixels (lung tissue) as grayscale, then calculates the amount of lung mets in the tissue. The amount of lung metastases is then compared to a normal lung, and the increase in lung metastases is reported.
