My project creates a dynamic graph of Coronavirus Total Tests and Positive Tests taken from the IL State Dept. of Health website stuffed into a CSV file. The state of Illinois requires the 14-day rolling average of Coronavirus test positivity be below 20% for the state to move on to the next phase of its economic recovery plan. The 14 day rolling average is computed and displayed as the graph is created with a final verdict rendered on whether the data is trending in the right direction to allow Illinois to move to the next plan phase.
