This program generates the Warhol effect based on an original image chosen by the user with user defined dimensions of rows and columns. This recolors each image in a random color and prints out the original and "Warholed" images.
Because I was not able to do the Warhol program when it was offered as a challenge project, I am doing my own version of this for my final project.
