Code in Place Final Project - Coronavirus Testing Metrics by State

Testing capacity for coronavirus has been a major difficulty in the US response to the pandemic. My project allows a user to enter any state in the US from a drop down menu, and the program provides the user with background about two testing metrics (tests per population and percent positivity of tests), if that state is meeting recommendations on the metrics, and graphs of those metrics over time.
