Image Filter Application - Code in Place(CS106A) Final Project

My project is Image Filter Application. Mt algorithm will apply available filters of users choice. The application has the following filter Normal Filter, GrayScale Filter, Warhol Filter, Rad Filter, Sepia Filter, Hue Rotate Filter, Invert Filter, Half Tone Filter, Dithering Filter, Black & White Grain Filter, Brightness Filter, Black & White Filter. More filters can be added in ease.
