This program generates a random list of 15 numbers, evenly spread from numbers 1-90, much like a British BINGO card. It then generates random numbers to check against the "card" and creates a list of all those that match the original list. Once 15 numbers are found on the card, it declares the winner, and asks if you want to play again.
