"Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" Code in Place Final Project

My project is based on the song "Mystery of Love" by Sufjan Stevens from the movie Call Me By Your Name. I decided to program rain falling from clouds because the song is a bit melancholic and reminded me of a rainy day.
