Final Project for Code In Place - DNA Primer Generator

Description
A simple program to generate primers for Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) cloning of a gene sequence.
It generates the forward primer, as well as a reverse primer (which is a sequence complementary to the tail end of the DNA sequence).
Lastly, the size of the DNA strand, as well as the melting points of the primers, are printed to allow for better planning of experiments.
