This program aims to give users a workout using a combination of shadow boxing and bodyweight exercises. The program's constants can be changed to fit the users needs but it is intended to be a 20-minute workout program that consists of 3 rounds of activities with the intensity of the shadow boxing increasing each round. Each round consists of 3 phases: Shadow boxing, Bodyweight strength training, and a short break.
