This project is for the athletic oriented, in order to keep a healthy lifestyle. One of the hardest things to know is the amount of calories and MACROS your body needs per day depending on whether you would like to lose fat or gain muscular mass and your physical activity.
A no-brainer code but useful for people like myself who are always looking into performing well in sports and reach athletic goals.
