My program is a Meal Suggester program! It uses an excel spreadsheet full of food items (sorted by type ie. proteins, veggies, carbs...etc. which is totally editable) to generate lists. Once the user has decided what meal they would like to see, the program uses the approprite food items and combines them to make a meal suggestion!
