Objective: Fitting theoretical equations to the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19, in Italy. Collecting the information: The data was obtained from the information published by Johns Hopkins University. (The original data of Section Handout # 5 was updated up to May 25, 2020). Processing the information: A preliminary estimate of the relative occurrence of daily cases of COVID-19 was obtained by dividing the daily values ​​by the total accumulated value until May 25, 2020. Using the data of relative occurrence, the LogNormal-3P and Gamma-3P distributions were fitted.
