CS106A Code in Place Final Project - Zoom background finder

Description
I work for the Crown Corporation (named Ingenium) that oversees three national museums in Ottawa; Canada Aviation and Space, Canada Science and Technology, and Canada Agriculture and Food. We have a huge historical photo archives, and so I decided to make a program that asks users for a keyword (mainly railway based for my sample dataset), then find a file name from a csv and serve the user a link to Ingenium's archival photo website. Then the user can download the photo and use it for a Zoom background.
