It reads the text files containing the number of confirmed cases in various countries over the course of 109 days. After it reads one file, it plots the number of cases and labels the line. It continues to do this until it has read through all the files in the folder. The user can choose to normalize the values against the final number in the text file, to plot the total number of cases or the number of new cases each day, and whether or not to skip the smaller countries.
