I created a program that creates (enumerates) peptide sequences starting from a parent sequence and user-input changes at each position. The project also includes a data table generator that compares the potency of peptide sequences and colors individual amino acids based on changes in activity (green = gain of activity, yellow = neutral, red = loss of activity).
